Prices for consulting
We can help you find the right employee or intern from abroad. NewWorkers is a recruitment agency based in Struer that, through strong partnerships and an extensive network, connects farmers with foreign employees and creates long-term working relationships.
In short, we handle the entire recruitment process, so you do not have to create job advertisements or sort through applications yourself.
When you contact us, you can quickly and securely receive CVs from candidates whom we believe will be a good fit for your farm. We value close cooperation with every farmer so that we can get to know your farm and your team, enabling us to find the employees or interns who fit best into your workplace.
Once you have selected an employee or intern you would like to speak with, we will help arrange an interview with the candidate. We also assist with employment contracts, applications, and payment of fees.
Our service does not end once the employee has been hired. We maintain ongoing contact with the employee or intern and ensure that you remain satisfied with the arrangement. It is also important to us to stay in regular contact with all our interns in the country, and we are always ready to help them with both minor and major challenges.
